Data sources and methodology
The planned primary source is the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Restaurant Inspection Results dataset, published through NYC Open Data under dataset identifier 43nn-pn8j.
FoodGradesNYC will preserve source dates, distinguish inspection scores from assigned grades, identify update timing, and label externally sourced links separately. The production import and refresh schedule are not active in Release 0.1.
